Advanced Egyptian Bellydance
I really enjoyed this video. The different rhythms are described. Hilary does give some instruction while she is dancing, although not all the moves are explained. The performance is great and the music is very good as well. The vintage dance postcard collection is awesome.
Quality problem
This dancer is definitely gifted in what she does- also inspiring for dancers with fuller figures-so this is good for those who don't mind poor picture quality.
Old school fundamentals
I liked the approach to the dance. It is old school but with a different perspective which I found helpful. It is not slick or super modern but it has a solid real flavor and I learned quite a bit from watching it.
